If you're signing an agreement with your marina via Dockwa, it's essential to complete all steps in the signing process to ensure your agreement is successfully submitted. Upon successful submission, you'll receive an email with a copy of the signed agreement. If you have any questions regarding your agreement, you can use the Message Marina option within the signing flow.
Accessing your contract agreement
To access your contract, you must have a Dockwa account. You can access your contract agreement in one of two ways:
From your Dockwa Account (Web or App). Go to My Account -> Trips -> Contracts
From your email
Signing into to Dockwa
If you have a Dockwa account you will be prompted to login first.
If you don't have a Dockwa account, you will be directed to this page to sign up.
Once you've signed in, you'll be able to access your agreement and proceed to the next step to sign and finalize your contract.
Signing you contract agreement
Review Your Agreement: Ensure all information is correct. You can view, download, or print your agreement at this step.
Select a Payment Method: Choose an existing payment method from your account. For first-time users, you can add a payment method (card or bank account) at this step. The payment options may vary depending on the marina.
Cards and ACH: All scheduled payments will be processed automatically.
Cash or Check: You must physically drop off or send your payment to the marina by the due date to avoid penalties.
Add Insurance and Registration: This step will only appear if this information is required by the marina
Enter Additional Information: Provide any additional information requested by the marina.
Sign the Agreement: Digitally sign your agreement within the provided box. You can draw, type, or upload your signature.
Depending on the software version your marina is using you may see this older version of the signing step.
Submit the Agreement: Click the "Accept and Submit Agreement" button to finalize the submission.
After a successful submission, you will see a message confirming the submission was successful. You can also view, download, or print your signed agreement from this page as well as claim this marina as your homeport.
